Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing 22k via website, mobile browser, or any device — and by creating an account — you are fully accepting these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue using the platform.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. No person under the age of 18 may use 22k. You are required to confirm your correct age at the time of registration.
- Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Only users aged 18 or above are eligible to register.
- Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering at 22k, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
The name, phone number, and payment details provided at registration must be consistent with one another.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. 22k will not be liable for any loss resulting from disclosing your password to a third party.
If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact our support centre immediately.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22k and may result in permanent account closure:
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Abusing or artificially exploiting bonuses or promotions.
- Using another user's information or committing identity fraud.
- Attempting to interfere with or tamper with the platform's software or systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
Payment, Transaction & Bonus Terms
All transactions on 22k are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits apply to each payment method.
Separate terms apply to bonuses and promotional offers. Once a bonus is accepted, withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirement has been met. Full bonus terms are published on the relevant offer page.
- All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
- 22k reserves the right to place payments on hold in cases of fraudulent or disputed transactions.
- Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- Transaction processing times depend on network and banking conditions.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
22k's liability is limited for any loss arising from technical errors, temporary unavailability, or third-party issues on the 22k platform. If your internet connection is interrupted, the outcome of any active bet will be determined according to the system record.
Bet outcomes are final, and system records will serve as conclusive evidence in the event of any dispute.
The 22k logo, design, software, content, and all other materials are the intellectual property of 22k. No user may copy, distribute, or use platform content for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
22k reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of intellectual property infringement.
Account Suspension or Closure & Third Parties
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
22k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or failure to meet legal obligations.
If an account is closed, any valid balance remains withdrawable; however, if fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 22k platform may at times be connected to third-party game providers or payment services. These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and 22k is not responsible for them. Users are advised to review third-party terms independently.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
22k reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be settled under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
